Homegrown

Coming from a line of professional painters on both sides of my family, I grew up always being around home improvement projects. I began by painting murals in my hometown to raise money to go on missions trips in high school. The murals evolved into things like designing kids rooms, creating customized gifts, and general interior painting. But when I left for college I switched directions and started working with various clothing & jewelry designers in Palm Beach. This taught me two things: that I would never be able to work a desk job and that I wanted to own a business of my own.

Driven by the desire to see the “reveal reaction” from clients (influenced by Extreme Home Makeover from a young age), I now have the ability to bring joy and organization into people’s homes. I love what I do, and you’re going to love your new space.

Fly right, kid.

This company is in honor of my Papa, Michael Reynolds Tyler. An owner of his own professional painting company, lover of Jesus, and black licorice.

A man of few words, and an unmatched work ethic, I want his life to be reflected through my life and my business. I have learned that mistakes and missteps are a part of life, but it is your reaction to them that builds your character. When I find myself a little low, I hear Papa’s voice saying “straighten up and fly right kid,” and I’m reminded that my success is up to me. It’s not about the failure, it’s about the comeback.

God will never give you more than you can handle.
